Exodus 20:1-17, 20:1 And God spake
all these words, saying, 2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of
the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3 Thou shalt have no other gods
before me. 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of
any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is
in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor
serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of
the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that
hate me; 6 And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my
commandments. 7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for
the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. 8 Remember
the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy
work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou
shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor
thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them
is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and
hallowed it. 12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon
the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. 13 Thou shalt not kill. 14 Thou
shalt not commit adultery. 15 Thou shalt not steal. 16 Thou shalt not bear false
witness against thy neighbour. 17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house,
thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his
maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
Lev 22:31 Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.
Psm 19: 7-14 7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the
testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The statutes of the
LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure,
enlightening the eyes. 9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the
judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. 10 More to be desired
are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the
honeycomb. 11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them
there is great reward. 12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from
secret faults. 13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them
not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from
the great transgression. 14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my
heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
I John 14:20-21, 20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in
me, and I in you. 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is
that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will
love him, and will manifest myself to him.
Come let us reason together. Come let us meet heart to heart, and talk of the
things that are troubling to the Lord your God. Oh, in the natural you are
concerned about the moving of the tablets of stone of My commandments. But, in
My heart I am concerned that those commandments are not written upon the hearts
of My people. Some don’t even know what they are, and don’t understand that
upon those tablets of stone, I revealed My heart to My people.
Oh if these commandments were written upon the heart of My people, they would
most certainly be living the abundant life, and there would be peace in hearts,
peace in homes, and peace in My church. If only My people had kept the ways of
Life written upon them, and taught them to their children, Oh how different the
world would be. These words upon tables of stone are the rock of revelation that
I can build relationships with My people. That My people can build relationships
in their homes, and relationships in My church.
So many of My people say that they love Me, but love is an action word. If I
were loved, honored and respected by those that are called by My name My
commandments would be written upon there hearts. And they sing songs to me of
honor, glory and power but they are just words to songs. Pleasant to sing, but
they bring me no honor nor glory , and give Me no power in their lives. Why you
ask? Because they choose to live life their way, and not walk in the good paths
that keeping of My Commandments will bring into their lives.
My Bride is a does of the word, as was My Son. He lived these commandments, He
was the word made flesh and everything that He did, and taught, was based upon
these commandments written upon His heart.
How can I give them more, and how can I entrust My heart and the things of
heaven to them, if they don’t heed My instructions? How can I move them into
My Glory when they dishonor Me by dishonoring their mother and your father? How
can I take them higher when they are bound to the earth because they gossip and
lie about others? How can I reveal to them the mysteries of My Kingdom, when
they have all kinds of Gods before Me? How can I do these things?
In the keeping of them there is great reward. The reward is the manifested
presence of your God in your life. Oh, I say to you these are not idle words
written centuries ago for those that lived in that time, but they are eternal
words, that will bring eternal goodness, and blessings into the lives of My
people. In the keeping of them, out of a heart of love for Me, there is the
peace that passes all understanding. They were spoken and then written to be
eternally before My people, and when adhered to, the evidence of the keeping of
them in their lives are the nine fruit of My Spirit. Their lives will be full of
love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and
temprance.
Oh how I long to write them upon he hearts of My people and build upon the
revelation on the tablets of stone lives through which the fruit of My Spirit
would be manifest.
I ask My people now, “Do you know them? Are you doing them? Have you taught
them to your children? Is My presence being manifested in and through your
lives?”
Come now and let us reason together. Come now and heed the Commandments of your
God for in the keeping of them there is great reward, and that reward is the
manifestation of My presence in your life, joy unspeakable and full of glory.
And to those that will heed My words, and keep My commandments I will glory in
them, and they will glory in Me, saith the Lord God.
