WEEP NO MORE – YOUR JOY HAS COME
ALIVE WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Jul 22, 2004

"…weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning." Psalm 30:5b

Last night I received in my spirit, "Tell my children weep no more for their joy has come." I just praised God for the word. I saw a woman kneeling at her bedside just weeping and weeping, unable to even utter a word; weeping and groaning. I saw someone crying out to God and saying "God I can't take anymore!" I saw a man sitting in the dark, contemplating suicide. I just asked God to intervene and have mercy.

Fellow brethren, those of you who have been weeping on the outside and/or on the inside; those of you who have been crying out to God for deliverance; those of you whose tears have been your meat night and day, receive God's joy this day.

Life is filled with hurts, disappointments, pain and sorrows. However, Jesus Christ came so that we might have life, joy, peace... So that our joy might be full. "These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full." John 15:11 God wants you this day to dry your tears and receive His joy.

In this life we will always face challenges, trial will always come but thank God for the hope that we have in Jesus Christ. God has promised not to give us more than we can bear. He has promised to make a way of escape for us. Know this day that God is your Divine Deliverer. Allow Him not only to deliver but also to heal you.

Beloved, it may seem as if your prayers are just hitting the roof. It may seem as if God is far away. You may feel like things in your home or on your job or in your life are not going to change. Nevertheless, do not give in to your feelings, grab hold of your faith in God and let your faith move the hand of God.

I hear the spirit of the Lord saying today "It is time to rise up and praise me despite of how you feel. It is time to call those things that be not as though they were. It is time to turn your mourning into dancing. It is time to put off your sackcloth and be girded with gladness." "Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness." Psalm 30:11

For the parents today who are weeping over your children who are walking in darkness and rebellion; and those who do not even know where their children are; the Lord is saying to you today "Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not. Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy. And there is hope in thine end, saith the LORD, that thy children shall come again to their own border." Jeremiah 31:15-17 "…the seed of the righteous shall be delivered." Proverbs 11:21b

For that spouse today who has been weeping bitterly because of marital stress; you have been praying for years for your spouse to become a Christian and …for that spouse whose husband/wife is a carnal Christian and he/she is one person at church and another person at home. On the outside you are just smiling and going through the motion but you are crying on the inside…

To those who are facing challenges in your body…You may have been sick for years and feel like you are a burden to your family. Those who are sick or disabled due to sickness…You are sick and tired of being sick and tired…Though your body may be under attack allow your spirit man to rise and receive the joy of the Lord today. "For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day." 2 Corinthians 4:16

I see a person who has been strong for everyone else. You are like the pillar in your family and everyone is pulling from you and they do not realize that you too are hurting and need someone to turn to. You are the 'Family Bank'; you give and give and give and give of your finances and your time, many times not getting back what you give. When you get among people you have a smile and you always have an encouraging word and everyone is calling on you to pray for them and their children and their marital situations and their job problems...You shed your tears in secret and often feel so alone. God wants you this day to release your family to Him. God wants to bring you joy today.

I see the pastors who are crying out to God because of the sheep who are walking in darkness and rebellion. The pain because those who should be holding up their hands are pulling them down being dominated by Jezebel spirits, with spirits of rebellion, unwillingness to submit to authority, backbiting and undermining because of their own selfish ambitions and agendas... Pastors be encouraged today, God wants to give you His joy.

I see the church member who is silently crying "If only someone would see that I too need to be encouraged". You have been giving and giving of your time, your talents and you are being attacked on every hand. Brother, sister in the Lord, God wants to bring you joy today.

I see that person today who is going through something that no one but God knows about because you do not know who to trust and therefore you cannot share it...

I see that person today who is weeping because they have sinned and failed God in some way. God , pray Psalm 51 and repent from your heart and ask God to restore your joy. "Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit." Psalm 51:12 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9

If you are in any of these categories get in the presence of the Lord today and allow Him to give you His joy. "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore." Psalm 16:11 God wants to bless you today. Yes, weeping is a part of life and yes we do hurt at times and God understand when we are in pain. However, God does not want us to remain in pain. He is a healer of broken hearts. He does not want us to make weeping and pain our daily bread. His word is spirit and life and He wants us to walk daily in His joy. For in His joy there is strength. Without the joy of the Lord we become weak.

Saints of God, rise up this day and bless the Lord. Command your soul today to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. "…let thy saints shout for joy." Psalm 132:9b You may have been weeping but your day of rejoicing has come. "They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him." Psalm 126:5,6 God wants to give you His joy today. Will you receive it?
