SHAKE
IT LOOSE
Genesis 32:24-26 NIV "24 So Jacob was left alone, and a man
wrestled with him till daybreak. When
the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of
Jacob's hip so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man.
Then the man said, Let me go, for it is daybreak. But Jacob
replied, I will not let you go unless you bless me"
Most of us have used a vending machine at some point
in our lives. We search our pocket and purses to find the money we
need to make our purchase, and we see exactly what we want. We put our
money in the machine and wait with anticipation as it starts itching
forward. Then just as we get ready to receive it…. it stops. Just
inches away from dropping, from falling into our hands. It is just
dangling there, right on the edge. We do not have any more change, and
it is something we really
had our mind set on. We can already taste it. Oftentimes, we are not
going to leave without trying to get it loose. We will stay right
trying to find a way to shake it loose. It all depends on how badly we
wanted it. Sometimes we may have given up, but most of the time, we
found a way to shake it loose.
Is this where you are right now? I’ve been there. Trying to decide
if you want to give up or is it worth standing your ground and shaking
your blessing loose. Some of you have been and are on the edge of a
breakthrough in your lives. You have been praying and fasting. You
have been binding and
loosing. You have spent time with the Lord to let your request be made
known. You even started to see some light, and a few things turn in
your life. Yet, that breakthrough you have been reaching for is still
being held up. You just can’t seem to SHAKE
IT LOOSE!
Frustration sets in and you are wondering if what you
were promised is worth all the trouble. The enemy starts messing with
your mind, trying to make you believe God never intended for you to
have it anyway. Maybe it was you speaking to yourself and not the
Lord. All of your hopes and dreams seem to be failing, because you
have not been able to get your breakthrough. Therefore, you start
doubting yourself, you lose site of the dream and the vision. Your
friends are not much comfort. All you hear from them is “I told you
so” and “I don’t know who you thought you were fooling.” Well,
as I told you before, you
cannot tell everybody your business. God did not give everyone the
same vision. Not everyone will share your excitement, and not everyone
wants you to succeed. Be prayerful before you share your vision,
because when things get really tough, you do not need negative
feedback. You need words of encouragement spoken into your life as you
are trying to shake loose your blessing. And right now, that is
exactly what you are going to get.
When the enemy tries to
convince you that he has a “Kung Fu grip” on your blessing, and
you will never be able to shake it loose; you have to shut out the
voice of the enemy, rise up in the name of Jesus and say:
I
will not walk in nor listen to the negative words that people have
spoken over my life. In the name of Jesus, I bind those negative words
from my life and cast them out! Your Word says I can do all things
through Christ who strengthens me. I am blessed in everything I do
because I have the Word of God working in my life.
Lord, Your Word is the final authority in my life and I do not accept
anything that does not live up to Your Word. Through You Lord, I am
more than a conqueror. I have faith in the words I speak because my
words are Your words, and Your Words are my words. Therefore, I
believe what You have shown me shall come to pass. I know You are able
to bring to pass every Word You have spoken. Your Word comes out of my
mouth, and it achieves the purpose for which You sent it.
I believe my God has supplied all of my needs according to Your riches
in glory by Christ Jesus. I can say with boldness, "The Lord is
my helper; I will not be afraid of what man can do to me. All things
are possible with You Lord and I choose to believe in You. I
can trust in Your Word because it is impossible for You to lie. Let
every man be a liar, and let God be true.
I live by faith, not by sight. It doesn't matter
what I feel like because I reign in life through Jesus Christ. The
name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth has given me the authority to rule
over satan and all of his evil spirits. Jesus, Your name has given me
the power to tread on serpents and scorpions. Nothing they try to do
can harm me. I am under Your protection. I'm not afraid of the devil
or his schemes. I put on the Amour of God and I plead the Blood of
Jesus Christ over my life therefore, I am shielded by Your faith and
power.
Therefore, in the name of Jesus Christ, I put on

given me the keys of the kingdom, and whatever I bind on earth is
bound in Heaven. Whatever I loose on earth is loosed in Heaven.
Therefore, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth , I bind all forces
of evil coming against me and cast them out, and in the name of Jesus,
I loose all the blessings of God into my life right now!
It doesn't matter what trials come my way, I will only speak what is a
good report. And the report of the Lord says I am healed, I am
blessed, and I have the victory through faith in Jesus Christ. Many
are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord has delivered me
from them all. I know in this world, I shall have tribulations, but I
am of good cheer, because Christ has overcome the world.
He has got to turn it loose! The enemy is
commanded in the name of Jesus to take his hands off your blessing.
Now is the time to lay aside every weight that is holding you back
from shaking it loose. I’ve seen some people go and get some help
just to get a snack out of the machine. Well, if they can go and get
help just to get a snack; surely you can go to that trusted friend,
your prayer partner and do some warfare praying. SHAKE
IT LOOSE!
The devil has no idea who he has messed with. He has
no idea WHO is inside of you. He has to turn loose your blessing and
everything else that he stole….SEVENFOLD!
The Word of God says so! He has been exposed! The word says when a
thief is found he will be fined seven times as much as he
stole; even if it means selling everything in his house to pay it
back. (Proverbs 6:31) So,
just in case, the turning seems to have stopped, and your breakthrough
seems to be hung up. I want to encourage you today not to give up, but
to shake it loose. You are too close to the promise. You know you can
almost feel it. Get excited right now. Let the word of God ignite a
fire within you that you can barely sit still.
Do not give up! Gird yourself up with the Word of God
and SHAKE IT LOOSE! Talk to the Lord about His promises. Talk to Him
about it when you get up. Talk to Him before you go to bed, all in
your home, all in the street. Talk about it, talk about it, talk about
it!
Father, I promise to commit Your Words to my heart,
and tie them to my hands as a reminder, and will wear them on my
forehead. I promise to teach them to my children, and will talk about
Your Words when I am home, with my friends, when I go to bed, and when
I get up. I will write them on the doorposts of my house so that as
long as the sky remains above the earth, my children and I will
flourish in the land You swore to give my ancestors. Deuteronomy
11:19-21
Many of us are going through a
time of pressure, a time of testing, a time of not understanding what
is going on in our lives. Sometimes you felt like turning away from
God during your time of testing. Do not ever turn away from the One
who has been keeping just because your vision is delayed. Instead,
turn to Him for strength and help. Keeping mind and hearts right in
the times of great trial and suffering is something that may not come
easy. However, if we get the Word deep within our heart, it will drive
out all doubt. Doubt will not have a place to hide.
Let His promises forever be in your heart and on
your lips. Keep your eyes on what God promised. Don’t stop
believing. Don't stop praying. Don't stop spending time with God.
Don't stop praising and worshipping Him. Do as Jacob did, stay right
there, do not turn Him loose until He blesses you. Remind God WHY it
needs to come to pass! Write the vision; make it plain.
Now, start decreeing and receiving it by faith. Do
this every day, so that it will take root in your spirit. That is your
blessing. It has got your name on it! Do not let the enemy steal your
vision. Yes, that vision you from the Lord. Repent of doubt, and
reclaim it and let God bless YOU. Expect it! Believe it! Shake it loose
and receive what God has for you.
"Put
me in remembrance: let us plead together; you declare, that you may be
justified." [Isaiah 43:26]
I'm praying for you: that the vision God has given you will come to
pass.
Start again, and remember: If
you don't quit ... you will win! But, if you quit, you can't win!
If your plan fits into God's plan, you will have God's faith ... and
God's faith always works!
GO
FORWARD, PERSEVERE
If
you have been going through a time of trial - take heart! Look
to what God is birthing through it. The enemy may have you
believe this is to destroy you however; God has plans to prosper you
and not to harm you. We are to 'rid yourselves of all malice and
all deceit, hypocrisy, envy and slander of every kind. Like
newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow
up in your salvation now that you have tasted that the Lord is good'.
1Peter 2:1-2 When you are going through the darkness of transition and labour of birth, it is also an opportunity to throw off everything that would hinder you and that would keep you from entering the new - so press on and through. Shake off the old and put on the new; be strengthened by the pureness of the Spirit of God and allow Him to nurture you through. Seek God out.
GO FORWARD, PERSEVERE
Never give up. How could you
ever lose heart when you know that I am standing near? Never will I
leave you alone. As long as you are in this world, I am with you. And
in the end, I will take you to a better place. It is now ready. And
when your time of departure comes, rejoice in the hope of an
incredible eternity with Me and those who have gone before you and are
born again. Therefore, do not let you hope slide even for one moment.
Fight the good fight. Never give up.
