The

Ezekiel 33:29, 29 Neither will I
hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house
of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.
Many have been in this place, saith the Lord. The place of the dark night of the
soul where they have been encompassed about with fiery trials, fiery darts and
in the midst of this extreme place I have hidden My face from them just as I did
with my servant Job.
What a season it has been. Like no other that My people have experienced before.
But, it has been necessary, saith the Lord to bring them into a new place that I
have prepared for them. This season of the dark night of the soul has produced a
season of restoration and I will give them a double portion. The end of this
season has now come, saith God, and a new season has begun.
In this season that has passed My own have experienced shame, despair, and even
desperation as I hid My face. They have felt the fury of the enemy of their
souls. They have thought that they would loose their minds, and even at times
despised their own lives. But, now I will show to them both My face and My hand.
During this time, although, they could not see Me I was upholding them with the
right hand of My righteousness. I have kept them from the pit of destruction and
now I will lift them up to a high place in My Kingdom. No more will they be
called forsaken but My presence will be seen mightily in them and through them.
Now, will I reach down to them with My hand of deliverance and hide My face from
them no more. They will know Me as they have never known Me before for I will
reveal Myself to them and I will give them the treasures of this dark season and
the hidden riches of secret places. I will go before them and make the crooked
places straight and I will break the gates of brass and cut asunder the bars of
iron. They will break through and out of this season with great joy and
rejoicing as I do what has seemed impossible.
Rejoice and give glory to your God for the season of the dark night of the soul
has ended, saith the Lord.
